Gods and Idols is free to download, and free to play. If you want to support us there is a shop where you can purchase Essence, a resource used for many things in the game. Essence is also gained by just playing the game.

We're grateful for the input that has been put into the Gods and Idols direction. One aspect that has been important to us as developers is allowing the community to participate in development and respond to your feedback.

Part of our philosophy has been to develop a prototype so that a basic gameplay pattern can emerge, allowing us to beta the core mechanics of the game and ensure that it'll be fun.

Planetary management would be essential to that, and as such, we're happy to see that community agrees in pursuing this. Once these basic gameplay mechanics are functional, we'll be able to refine things such as the user interface and see that this project speeds along.
