GAMEPLAY

Overhaul of production system
- Buildings now have Production Slots and Production Lines
- Production Slots do not increase
- Production Lines increase for each building of the same type

Fixed issue in tooltips causing excessive debug spam

Fixed a bug that could cause the planet services to crash when the first Workshop was built on a planet
