The issue this was posted for has been solved, turned out i did have a driver installed incorrectly. After I brought my stuff back from my uncles house (he told me the same thing you did jatt) and plugged my computer back in, a msg popped up telling me one was installed wrong, so i re-installed everything and my gpu was only at 40% load pumping out 50+ fps in a very active area in wow, when before the load was around 100% with the same fps...

I know.... I seen those damn aliens.
